Do you ladies like this watch?

My mom has had a Toywatch one for years and it is always mistaken for Cartier or Channel.

I actually prefer the ad to the way it looks in person. I don't think I would wear it, but then again its not on my wrist so?:confused3

That first pic is of the actual watch that was taken sitting on that pic. Do you know who that lovely lady is?

Oh I just glanced and thought it was a magazine advertisement for the watch. I guess I prefer the way it looks off as opposed to someone wearing it. I think the face over powers someone with a small wrist. Maybe if the face were a little smaller.

Personally, I love it and would wear it often. I have very small wrists, but larger hands, so it would balance my wrist out perfectly.

It looks fun... and watches are making a statement lately.

you know, an "i don't care for it or it isn't my style" would have been much nicer. Than Ugly and gawdy.

Ugly and gawdy is my opinion. The op did not ask us to spare feelings and make him/her feel better. I was being honest not tip toe-ing around the answer. If someone wants to spend actual money on something like that then more power to them but my opinion is it it ugly and gawdy.

My first thought was Sade (Sardahe)?

No I looked again. I don't have a clue.

to each their own, I think it is rude to make comments like that.

I think it looks like the singer Mya

I like it. Im looking at getting a white ceramic watch myself. Love the new white watches. Very modern, very fresh looking.

I didn't like it too much in the first pic(the strap), but when it's on, in the second photo, I really do! Different, trendy and fun.:thumbsup2

I don't like it, it's too big and it is a bit gaudy IMO. For ME it's gaudy, for someone else it might look really good. I have tiny wrists, anything that big just looks gaudy on me. I don't like the roman numerals, I prefer standard numbers and I like black watches not white. :)

I don't know who the person in the photo is but she does resemble Mya to me. :)

Don't keep us waiting, who is it?

Josephine Baker. An American singer/dancer who moved to France and became popular over there in the 20's and 30's.

I like old black and white pics and old Hollywood pics, especially the 30's and 40's.

I though this pic looked good of a French star with a watch from a French Jeweler.

My wife does not care for the pic.
