I have still not received my planner! Should I call MS and see where it is? My mom who lives near me got hers last Thursday!

We haven't received ours yet, either and we still don 't have out membership cards.

I sent an email to MS asking about this and their response is below:

"Thank you for contacting Member Services.

These items were requested to be sent early to mid December. Typically
it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks for them to arrive as they are both
processed from an outside company. With several holidays in that time
frame please allow another week or two for them to arrive. Should you
not receive them by then please let us know and we will be happy to
request them again.

Please let us know if we can assist you with anything further.
