If so, which ones?
I give ds Animal Parade multi-vitamins, AP extra Vitamin C and KidGreenz (because he hates vegetables). He also takes Nordic Naturals Dha.

they get the gummy ones. Right now we have nemo they taste awesome! I worry about their iron so that's why they get them. They dont eat red meat.

I did when they were kids up to the age of about 12. They were prescribed with flouride.

DS13 takes One A Day Teen Advantage. They're huge, not as big as my One A Day Womens, but still a horse pill. We both have a hard time getting them down so when they're gone we're both going to switch to the new adult gummi vitamins I keep seeing commercials for.

He took Flintstones sour gummies when he was younger.

I buy Little Critters Gummy Bites and the DHA ones too sometimes. I just buy the big thing from Costco.

DH takes the same ones, LOL...I take my prenatals because I need more iron, etc.

Centrum Chewables (usually the Spongebob ones)

Be careful with the gummy ones, several dentists have recommended not using them bc of the residue that is left on your teeth after eating them. My friend didnt believe her dentist and her DS just recently had to have two cavaties filled, she went home and threw away the bottle.

DS14 takes Nordic Naturals Nordic Berries and also one of their fish oils (it's lemon flavored, I think).

Don't know why but DS11 doesn't take vitamins. Hmmmm....

I don't do vitamins with DS3. He eats a very varied diet between home and daycare. He is healthy as an ox. I guess I just don't see the need :confused3

No, I never saw the need for vitamins although I do think it is extremely important for kids and adults to eat healthy and varied foods. We attempt to live by the old WW rule: fruits, vegetables, dairy, and chicken or fish with added fats, sweets and red meat limited. I think alot of parents don't insist that their children eat healthy foods and then throw them a vitamin with their poptart breakfast and think it's all okay:confused3

My dd is severely anemic and takes Flintstones complete. I haven't found a healthy type vitamin with the same amount of iron yet. She won't swallow big pills yet and has no desire to take the liquid iron. My youngest dd occasionally takes one when her sister does but not daily.
