Do you get paid by the hour, by commission, or salary or what?

I own the place so I'm lucky to get one at all.....really, it is a new business so for the first Three years I will not take a check but it turns the CO. business from having a 10 year loan to a 3 year loan...Much better for the long run. Team members are paid com. however.
