Back when I worked it was salary + commission.

Salary + bonus. And the bonus part is big...up to 80% of the annual salary. They really incent us to blow our goals out of the water.

all of the above, two days a week I get an hourly rate, 3 days a week I get salary, and four days I also work for tips.It's all very confusing and sometimes I forget who I'm supposed to be

I top all of you - I don't get paid at all!! I am doing an unpaid internship this semester for my master's degree. So I work but not get even one dime - In fact, I paid $1300 for the priviledge! (That's how much a three credit class costs). This semester is going to be very tight, budget-wise!
