Do you "dress" for a TS meal?

Relaxing, family dinners are one of our favorite things about vacation. For us, this includes showering & dressing for dinner. We wouldn't enjoy the meal nearly as much if we were hot & sweaty. We can experience that at lunch.

That is what we do. We seldom schedule dinner without allowing time to freshen up.

I'll wear nicer clothes to the signature meals then I do to the parks, but it's not really what I would call dressy, since I just wear capris and a nice top. When I eat at a non-signature restaurant I'll usually have a new top in my bag to change into, since I do get sweaty during the day, and I take deodarant in my bag as well. I don't like being smelly.

Since we take afternoon breaks everyday to swim, we do 'dress' for dinner, whether it's a signature or not.

Often enough we go during the cooler months, so then you kind of have to change in to warmer clothes for the evening. That said, if a park is open, we'll head to a park after dinner. I would tend to wear somethign like khakis, and a nice shirt, with comfortable shoes that probably aren't sneakers.

I think I'd also do the same if I ever went during warmer months and felt sweaty and gross.

I'd be less inclined to do this if I was staying offsite. More inclined if my resort was nearby. Like when we stay at TheSwan and visit Epcot.

I voted almost never because we don't "dress up" but we always go back to the resort for a swim & to relax. I can't imagine going out to a TS dinner without having had a shower after touring parks all day
