We had a problem on our last visit that I didn’t realize until we were two days into the trip and then i had to spend an hour at guest services getting it resolved. We had 10 day park hoppers no expiry with six days left on them sitting in our account for a few years. Then our last trip included four day park hopper as part of our package. . What I didn’t know was that their system picked up our 10 day tickets to start using instead of the park hoppers that were part of our package and had to be used on that trip. I think they said that you have to ensure if you have multiple tickets you need to make sure they are in the correct “order” on your account.
In your case, your non-expires were "prioritized" over your 4-day park hoppers. If you ever have more than 1 type of ticket media linked to your profile, you need to go to guest services prior to entering your first park and ask them to "prioritize" the ticket you want to use for that trip. After you do this and enter your first park, I also recommend looking in your MDE account and make sure the CM prioritized the tickets correctly. This was ticket issues, not a MB issue. Your MB simply pulled from the ticket that was prioritized on your account.
