Do you carry your backpack all the time in the park?

We have ditched our backpack at the parks. Just a fanny pack and water bottle strap for everyone. Mine is a larger pack and holds a small bottle of sunscreen, camara, dispossible poncho (Wal-Mart) and small bottle of hand sanitizer.

Now that we don't have to deal with strollers, diapers, etc., we carry nothing in the park! We put sunscreen on beforehand. We keep tickets, money and a tiny digital camera in our pockets. We buy drinks or just get cups of ice and fill with water. I find it so incredibly liberating to carry nothing!

I love to travel light too, and put everything in my pockets. Isn't that why they invented cargo shirts and pants?!

Tell me about your camera though. I need a smaller camera. Anyone know a good but extremely light and small camera?
