Do you buy into DVC with multiple contracts to sell points?

I am interested in buying a second contract at DVC...I own at BWV's and would not mind adding a second contract at BCV when opened...I just don't get to go to WDW 4 times a year...So I would have to "rent" points out...If you are in a similar situation I would like to get additional info on how you manage it!
