Do you book yourself or use a travel agent?

we always always book our own Disney trips, it's different if it is foreign travel, but to the World, we do all of the pain staking detailed planning ourselves, and we enjoy it!

For me there was just too much information to even consider booking both my trips on my own. Travel agents are the way to go because they know what they are doing and many of them are disney experts. I wouldn't book a huge vacation to WDW without one that's for sure!

We always use AAA. Their prices are fantastic. Even with travel insurance figured in, they still beat any pricing I can find.

I used an online TA specializing in Disney for our first/honeymoon trip later this year. I enjoy the research and pages of printouts but I don't want it to be my "job" in case I don't feel like sitting online a day or three and end up missing a code/discount.

I book the vacation myself. That way I have noone to blame but myself if things are wrong or go wrong on the trip.Found out that I can sometimes find better deals than a TA.
