I don't know, but I don't like him. I don't like clowns, period. I don't care what kind of crappy happy face they have. But this guy here, he kinda looks like a character from JoJo's Circus. Cute kids show, save for the fact that they're all CLOWNS.

Clowns aren't my favorite, but they do remind me of John Wayne Gacy, and THAT'S very scary!
