Do we need another car?

5 adults, 2 kiddos, staying off property, really close. Planning on taking our van down. Besides the parks, the only other activity I've heard mentioned is SeaWorld and I'm thinking we could drop off those who want to go to DW and the others could have the van for SW. Is it imperitive that we have a vehicle available for those not doing the parks? How much of a pain is it to drop off/pick up people who are going to the parks?

You would have to look at a map and figure out how far you are from the particular parks you need to take people to and how long it would take and what level of inconvenience you are comfortable with. I think your van would be fine.

I think this plan will work as well. I would recommend a rally point for pick-up/drop-off and ensure you have cell phone communications, in case the car-less party needs/wants to go home earlier than planned.

Good easy in/out places would be DTD or maybe the Swan/Dolphin, since there are no gates to go through. Yep, taking the bus to/from DTD may be a bit of a pain, but it would only be for a limited time.
