Do travel agents also have to follow the 90days out rule?

I booked my WDW through a travel agent. Because we are in AZ, the PS call time would be 4am for me!!!!

Was wondering if I gave my dates and times to my travel agent, if she has the same rule as us....can she book my ressies before 90days?

If not....looks like I will be calling bright and early to ensure I get the times and places I want

TA's have to follow the same time frames as anyone else.

Yes TA's must follow the same rule. I personally would get up at 4:30am and just do it myself if I REALLY wanted specific things. Your TA will come in later in the day and her priorithy isn't getting on the phone first thing in the morning and getting you your PS's. She is likely to start getting phone calls early in the morning and will have to wait till she has free time to do it.

I always live by the moto that you should rely on yourself it's really important. If you don't really care what you get then your travel agent can do it. Also it depends on how many PS's you want. It seems unfair to hand a travel agent a weeks worth of lunch and dinner ressies to make.
