Do they usually have AP rates over Columbus day Weekend?

Hi,
Need to pick somewhere for 3 nights before my WLV stay in Oct.
My nights will be Oct 9-12th.
Checking out the day before Columbus day.

Are holiday weekends like this usually excluded from AP rates?
