They do sell them. Last time I went (2014), I bought some at Guest Services in MK. The front desk had some, too. You can also order them online - but the shipping cost is rather absurd, to my mind...

Yes. I bought some when I was there this past February. They had them in denominations of $1, $5, $10, and $20. I got them at City Hall in MK.

It's about the only thing they sell whose price hasn't gone up!

They do not sell them. They exchange us currency for them. Any hotel front desk or guest relations can provide you with the service.
