Do They Still Make Banana Flips???

I would like to get just two to see if they taste the same as the old ones. If they do, I may want to get a few more for a Christmas present for my dad. If you get them I will pm you my address and send you a check for the cost incurred.

I have tried banana twins....they are good, but not as good as a banana flip
 
About 4 years ago, I ran across the Banana Flips at a 7-11 in Flint. I will stop by and see if they have them any longer. I know it was the only place I found them in that area. And yes they were every bit as good as they were in the 70's. I would be happy to ship some to you all if I find them. :) Keep checking this site. :banana:
 
is that what they call thim. I was trying to explain to someone the other day about those. Man they were good. I use to get on after school every day in the 70's. but now I dont eat to many treats like that.

When I was a young child in the early 70’s, we had a Merita Bakery nearby. At the front of the warehouse was a small store that sold the Merita bakery items. A Banana Flip was ALWAYS my favorite choice. I’ve been trying to find them. That Merita Bakery location closed up long ago.
 
I have a distinct memory of having one of these in a park as a child. So yummy. Banana candy is one of my favorites.
