Do they have toothpaste?

Silly question, I know. But...

I bought a brand new tube of toothpaste for the cruise and while finishing up packing the bag this morning, I could not find it ANYWHERE. Now, there is a strong possibility it is in the bag (I honestly didn't have time to unpack the whole thing and look - I have a bit left in the tube on my sink that went into the last-minute stuff bag, so I'm good for a

Are you asking if they sell toothpaste on the ship? They sell little travel size tubes in the gift shop

I've always maintained that you MUST bring your passport/ID, credit card/cash, and prescription meds. You can forget anything else and either they have it or you don't need it! They have a little wall in one of the ship stores with all the toiletries you might need (including toothpaste), just like your corner quick stop.

Yes. They have it in the White Caps store in the part with the duty free items. They have loads of small toiletries people might forget. Even moleskin for blisters!

Thanks everyone! :) I really think it's in my big bag...but I wanted to be prepared. :)

They'll have toothpaste but it may not be your preferred brand. As long as you aren't particular, you should be fine!

At least it's just toothpaste.... Not like the time I stood in tears in my parents' driveway at 5am frantically digging through two 70lb suitcases already in the trunk of their car desperately looking for my passport and airline tickets before a flight to Tokyo. Yep, I had somehow managed to pack them despite being a pretty seasoned traveler at that point. Lol.

Have fun on your cruise! :-)

Thanks! I usually flip between brands, so I should be ok.

The passport is in my little purse already - I had to make a copy of it for something at work (I've worked here since 2006 and NOW they say something wasn't checked correctly and I needed to prove my citizenship? Ok.), so I just made sure to put it back in there and leave it there. (Yep...I just double checked!)

I agree, except that I would add a copy of your prescription if you wear eyeglasses or contacts, or at least a spare pair. You can get a new pair of glasses made same day at many of the ports, but not without a prescription. DW lost her glasses in St. Maarten and unfortunately did not pack a spare pair or her prescription.

I'm discovering this is one advantage to having moved to daily contacts - I just tossed two strips of each eye's scrip in the bag, so I've got more than enough to last for the trip. And in the odd event that something DOES happen to all of them, the scrip is on the cover of each lens. My glasses go in as a back-up should all else fail.
