Do these 6 resturants sound good & qualify

I have been looking at restuarants and I am considering the following:

1. Ohana
2.Coral Reef
3. Mama Melroses Ristorante Italiano
4.Sci-Fi Dine-In theatre
5.Fultons Crab House
6.Planet Hollywood

Any suggestions on those 6 places? Good..no good?!

Also do any of you know if they qualify for just the 1 table sit down meals on the meal plan?

We are staying in Animal Kingdom so I guess we will be going all over to eat dinner or lunch...

I don't care for Planet Hollywood, and I don't think Sci-Fi is a good deal on the meal plan, but I believe they are all on the 1 credit TS plan.

I also do not care for Planet Hollywood either but I haven't heard anything bad about it. All the people I know that have gone to CR or Sci Fi did not like the food, but good atmosphere. Also, with so many really good places at Epcot, Coral Reef wouldn't make the top of my list. I believe Fulton's is 2 TS credits.

I also don't care for Planet Hollywood to noisy for us and Fulton Crab House is excellant and is 2 credit's and well worth it. All the other choices to me are great we like them all.

Sci-Fi is good but a poor value for the dining plan.
Mama Melrose is decent, honestly there isn't anything great in DS IMHO.
Planet Hollywood is just ok, poor value for dining plan.

Ohana's is excellent. Some have complained of overcooked meats. If that happens, tell your server what you want and you'll quickly get it perfect.

Next door to Ohana's is Kona. A well rated very good restaurant thats not often mentioned here.

Coral Reef is very good. Watching the huge aquarium while dining is awesome! Food has always been great although some seafood dishes seem small portioned but otherwise excellent.

If you love seafood, especially crab then head to Cape Mays at Beach Club.
For lunch we love the steaks at Le Celliar. Its 1TS at lunch, 2TS at dinner.

Since I was privately chastised, I will publically apologize for missing that the OP had Fulton's on the list, and I did not realize. Fulton's is, as noted by everyone else, is a 2 credit restaurant.

Another thumbs down to Planet Hollywood.

We like the rest of the places, except we have not done Fultons.

Our best meal this past trip was Mama Melrose. Food was great and service was top notch. WE have had just ok food there once or twice but never bad. Ohanas is a must do for us every trip. Coral Reef we had a bad experience once but since then it has been really good.

We enjoyed Ohana. No one in our party like mama melrose. But there aren't many options at HS.

The only one we have tried was Planet Hollywood and we liked it, good burgers and the kids liked looking at all the movie memorabilia.

Haven't ate at Sci-Fi or Fultons
Planet Hollywood is okay nothing special.
Some of our other favorites are Le Cellier Lunch, Crystal Palace, Teppan Edo, Liberty Tree Tavern, 50's Prime Time, Jiko (2 credits), Yak & Yeti

Have a great trip. You may want to reconsider Sci Fi as a dining option. It is an experience that sounds better than it is.

So Ohana seemed to be a must visit and there are no reservations available Same goes to Coral Reef.

How do you know if somewhere uses 1 table sit meal or 2? I am not seeing that anywhere

If you make your reservation by phone, they can tell you how many credits are needed. But it's much easier to book online. I'd book what I wanted, then ask here on the board to confirm the number of dining credits.

Never done O'hana, but people love it- we'll probably try it one one of our trips soon! Coral Reef is fun, the food is decent. Mama Melrose is pretty average- but we've eaten there a few times and would do so again. I don't know much about Sci-Fi or Fulton's. I would skip Planet Hollywood just because there are so many other great options at WDW.

O'hana gets my vote hands down.
