Do the shops still ship your packages

I just did that at HS and they sent it to OKW store for me to pick up. Not sure about DTD

Yes, they do this for all guests staying at a WDW resort. They will do this up until 2 days before you leave.

it's available to all hotels on property, not just those owned by WDW.

should have no problems in the marketplace, not sure about the west side if it's not disney owned.

As pp mentioned, they will ship to your resort up until 2 days before your departure. One thing also to keep in mind is that each park has a location that you can ship your packages to during the day. That way you don't have to carry them throughout the park and can just pick them up when leaving. I was told to allow at least 2 hours for that service. Worked great for us on the last couple of days not to mention shopping and spending too much!

unless it is an item i am going to wear, i usually ship stuff home.
just easier for me. i do 2 trips to shops i want to get stuff from, and do it that way. that one store in DD i could spend hours in......

i get my stuff within a day of returning, and no problems. i dont mind paying for the shipping. cheaper for me than the extra bag weight fees of the luggage at the airline checkin. {LIKE DELTA}

gift shops will ship purchases for you. it's on a flat rate beginning at $9.95. the cost is determined by the cost of the purchase, not size/weight
