I called today to get my room balance and asked to request a fridge. He told me all rooms have a fridge. I didn't say anything else but why aren"t he CMs informed?
It depends on who you get; they are sitting in a Central Reservation Center or outside the complex and may not be totally aware of the day-to-day operations.
When I made our reservation i asked for a fridge update. He told me by my date they should be replaced but put a fridge request in mr reservation notes:
That's the response we got when calling to request a fridge at AoA LM. Mind you, our trip is in nine days (!), so I doubt it will actually be replaced by then based on reports, but the CM was aware of the situation.
Just call back, tell the CM you would like them to type in a request for a refrigerator, and tell CM you understand about the problem resort-wide. You just want it added to your request section on your room request section.
