No, you have to buy the admission to the waterparks, PI, etc, separately.

Before the "Magic Your Way" they were called 'Park Hopper Plus Pass' but now you have to pay extra on the base ticket for them.

You can add Water Park Fun & More to an existing Magic Your Way ticket in addition to or instead of hopping; it costs $53. for tickets purchased this year from Disney. Maybe a little more to add it to tickets purchased last year or from elsewhere, maybe a little less when included with the original purchase of tickets from elsewhere.

The number of plus visits you get with Water Park Fun varies from two on a 1 or 2 day ticket to six on 7 to 10 day tickets.

You don't need hopping when you choose to use a Water Park Fun option on the same day as a theme park admission.

If you're asking if the park hopping option extends to hopping to and from the different water parks - the answer is no. The hopping only works at the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney-MGM Studios, and Animal Kingdom.

If you're asking if you purchase the park hopping option, if admission to the water parks is included - it is not. You would need to purchase the "Water Parks Fun 'n More" option to have admission to the water parks.

If you're asking if the tickets that were sold BEFORE Magic Your Way tickets (called Park Hopper tickets) included water parks - the answer is that they include water parks if they are park hopper PLUS tickets. If the back doesn't say "Park Hopper Plus", then they do not include the water parks.
