Do In Need PS for all sit down restaurants?

I have not made any ressie for PS
We plan to go to only a few sit down rest.
Do I need to make PS ressie for these

It really all depends on where you want to eat. Some places it would be wise to make a PS but others it probably won't matter.

I have some Q & C Meal Vouchers and wanted to use them up before they expire in MAy
I know we will go to Pepper Market
Beaches n Cream
ummm
some of the other places where we can use the vouchers

If you want a sit down meal, I would suggest getting a ps for it. You never know when the parks will be busy and you won't be able to eat where you want to.

It really depends on what time you want to eat, the time of year of your trip, the size of your party, and what place you want to eat at.
If there is any place you are dying to try, then by all means make a PS.
We've only been turned away twice so far due to PS all booked....once at Le Cellier and at the Garden Grill, it was a Friday night.

DH and I make very few PS, but we're just two and eat dinner really late and don't travel peak season. Of course our next trip, we maybe making a few PSs ahead of time because it's a busier time.

I hate being tied down to many PS's on vacation.

Well I can tell you Pepper Market and Beaches and Cream do not take PS.
