Do I need to book seperate?

I am considering renting some points for December.We would like to have the dining plan. Is it possible to get the dining plan w/ out purchasing tickets straight away? The reason I ask is because if we could do it that way then when I purchase tickets I could use my AAA discount. Also, do the Animal kingdom villa studios have kitchens? Thanks in advance, Lisa

When you buy the dining plan with a DVC points stay, there is no ticket requirement.

None of the DVC studios have kitchens. There will be only a kitchenette in the studios that will include a small refridgerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

Tell the owner who is handling your reservation that you want the Dining Plan. He/She will add it to the reservation. (That's the only way you can get it when you rent points - the owner of the points must add it to the reservation at least 48 hours in advance - but don't let it wait to the last minute. You cannot add it at check in). You will pay the resort directly for the Dining Plan at check in and as already mentioned, you do not have to buy any tickets to get the Dining Plan when you stay on points.

The other Dining Plan requirements are the same - everyone staying in the unit with you must purchase the Plan and for each night of your stay.
