Do I Need PS For ...

do I need PS for the Ice Cream Social at the Garden Grille in EPCOT? My guidebook discusses that the social begins at 3pm, but does not mention PS. Can anyone help?! TIA!

It's highly recommended that you arrange for a PS, as a matter of fact they are rather difficult to get. Call as soon as it becomes available for booking (120 days out) to ensure you get your spot.

Thanks for the info. I am going to phone in PS immediately ... our trip is only 15 (14?) days away. We booked our trip less than 2 months ago and are finding out new things every day! Ugh! Oh, well ... next time, maybe I'll have advanced warning!

The ICS used to be something of a secret but these days it's very popular and fills up quick. It only has 2 seatings 3 and 3.30 (I think!?), but it's a lot of fun, the ice-cream is good and the Character time is usually top quality as the restaurant itself is pretty quiet at that time of day.

Believe it or not, we did get PS's at this late date! They had openings for 3 and 3:10. We took the 3:10 seating. Whew! Thanks for all your help! I'll be sure to enjoy some ice cream for all of you!

Enjoy the Ice Cream Social! It's a lot of fun. The social is a great way to meet some characters and relax while enjoying some icecream. It's inexpensive and when we went the characters were great. They spent a lot of time playing peek a boo with our daughter who was 22 months old at the time and taking pictures. In fact, all but one character (Dale) came to our table twice. We have great pictures and video from this social. Enjoy!
