We already have a resort booked for Jan 7-14 at the ASMu. We just found out our oldest son and his girlfriend can come join us from Jan 11-14 but there weren't any rooms available at ASMu so I booked a room for them at Sports. There didn't seem to be a way for me to book the room without my name being listed as a guest. Do I need to call in advance to have them list our son and girlfriend on the reservation or do we just explain who will be in the room when we check them in?

I would call.

You should call and have the correct names listed on the room so that the people staying in the room can customize their MB and make their FP reservations.

Sorry, dumb question, I assume this is for an older/adult son not listed in your sig?

You should have used one of their MDE accounts or created one for them vs using your own to book it.
Yes you should probably call and see if you can get it in his name.

@GADisneyDad14 Yes - he is my 27 year old stepson who lives in another state. I listed him as the other adult in their room but couldn't figure out how to list his girlfriend instead of myself as the second adult. I will give WDW a call.

Ok, got it - didn't mean to be nosy, assumed it was something like that and you weren't talking about the DS in your sig! Hope y'all have a good trip!
