Hi all. I'm hoping someone with a less-addled brain can help me here.

We have an Oct UY, 150 points. We've borrowed all but 70 of our 2006 points for a Nov 2005 trip. :rolleyes1

Now we're trying to fit in an April 2006 trip, and you know what happens--thoughts of add ons, etc.

Can we borrow our 2007 points beginning in Oct 2005? I don't know why I can't get this right now, but I've got myself totally confused an uncertain as to how it works all of a sudden. . .

All I can say is if we add on, I'd better try to keep the same UY or it will be hopeless!

Thanks!

No, you can't borrow 2007 points for an April 2006 stay if you have an October use year. You may only borrow one use year ahead.

Your 2005 use year points are good for stays between 10/1/2005 and 9/20/2006. If you need more points for a stay during that period, you can use points that were banked from 2004 or you can borrow the points from 2006.

A vacation in April 2006, falls within your 2005 use year. Since all your 2005 points are gone, and only 70 left from 2006, the April vacation will have to be 70 points or less. If you need more, you can either rent additonal points or add on.

Best wishe s-

Thanks, CarolMN. Guess that was too much wishful thinking on my part!

No such thing as too much wishful thinking in my book! I spend $2 or $3 per week to support my "wishful thinking" habit" (Powerball). At least your habit is still free, LOL (so far, anyway - watch out for addonitis). :teeth:

Best wishes -
