Do I have any hope? PIN expired!

I received a PIN code and it said to make sure reservation by 2/28. I just went online to play some more and it said my code had expired. I assumed “by 2/28” meant I had until today. I’m going to cry! Do I have any hope of them honoring it if I call?
 
I did the same thing. I was going to book a room only for after our "potential" cruise, but maybe not. Let me know if you have any luck.:confused3
 
I am already booked with that PIN, but I checked if mine would still work online. It doesn't work, either. I think you should still be able to get the discount today by calling. Good luck!!
 

I had the same thing happen this morning. I called and was able to book the package with the pin.
 
My thought process if it says expires on 2/28 it is still valid today. I would call. Good Luck and let us know the outcome.
 
Shoo! What a relief. I called and didn’t even mention that I tried it online and it said it had expired. The person I spoke with didn’t act like it was an issue at all and I’m all set to go! Now to start planning! :woohoo:
 
I had the same thing happen to me! I called and told them I tried to book it online and couldn't and they still let me book. 40% off deluxe. YAY!:goodvibes
 
Just out of curiosity, I tried mine, too, and with the same results. Not too a big a deal as it only covered two of my potential dates. Now it seems that we won't be going anyway because of high flight prices. Sigh.:sad2:
 
I was able to call and book today! So excited! We had the code for awhile, but it took a little bit to convince DH that we needed to go this year. We had a late night discussion about it and I should have gotten up and booked it after we talked about it, but was too tired. I had a minor panic attack when I got online this am and was unable to book that way.
 
I talked to CM the other day about my code, she said that I should make my decision because the code expired 2/28, but she also said that it would not expire until 10pm on that date (which I thought was weird cause I didn't think the phone lines were open until 10PM??)

I had the same problem. Had credit card in hand ready to book and it said expired.:confused3

I had the same issue as everyone else -- tried to book online yesterday and couldn't. Thankfully, I checked this thread and saw that people were successful calling CRO. I checked the clock and it was 9:53pm (Eastern)! Called, was put on hold, and was able to book last night. whew. :)
