Do First Timers Get PIN Codes?

My best friend is going the 11th of December for her first visit. I have seen that the 40% PIN codes fall in her date of visit. What are the odds she has a PIN Code attached to her name? Is it a waste of a phone call?

No, you are not excluded from offers!!! I booked my first stay at WDW last August and got a 40% pin code attached to my name when I called! I had never gotten an e-mail or post card and was just calling on the off chance they had availability that online was not showing. If you are registered on the website, you can have codes!

I booked for August 07 at $99/night for a KING at POR! I actually needed 2 doubles (didn't know it was a king until I got there! ) but it was still a great rate!

Don't give up! I am hoping for some discounts for early May 08 so we can go back

Yes, I got a code last year, my first time booking! I did actually go to disney before as a child in 88 or 89.
