Do DVC members get a discount on tickets?

We are considering becoming members of the DVC. Besides the obvious, what are some of the perks? Do you get discounts on park tickets, dining plan etc.? Thanks!

You can get the Dining plan and as far as tickets you get 100.00 off an AP and then 125.00 off a PAP.

Also get discounts at many restaurants and I think we use to get a discount at disney shopping on line but I'm not sure about that one.

You don't get a discount from the online store. You do get a discount on the annual pass, at some restaurants. SSR also gives discount to DVC members at the gift shop.

Don't make a purchase decision based on discounts or other perks. They constantly change, and none of them are in the contract, meaning that they can come and go at Disney's whim.

but you DO get discount tickets to MVMCP, MNSHP and P&P parties. It's about $6 cheaper on both adult and child tickets. Unfortunately regular park tickets are not a perk.... but I believe that internet is now included in your stay at DVC's. Correct me if I'm wrong people..... That saves me about $60/stay!!!

SSR also gives discount to DVC members at the gift shop.

Let's just say...wishful thinking. Would be nice to get a discount on tickets.

The $100 discount on AP's is very nice, about 25%. Even if you go once a year, you can time your trips to use the same pass.

You do get a discount for disneyshopping.com If you go to the dvc member website each month there is a new password that you enter as a promotion code. The discount is always 10% but can not be combined with other offers so most of the time there are other better deals offered.
