Do Co-Workers And Family Think You Are Mad ?

We have been to WDW twice in the last 11 months, driving 22 hours each way, and are planning a third trip in a few months. At first, co-workers and friends thought we we crazy, but now they understand that we both work very stressful jobs, and doing this kind of thing with our kids, is the greatest stress relief we know. Disney is "the Happiest Place on Earth" and we love to see the look on our kids faces as they experience the magic.

Thanks so much jimmiej, sounds like you guys are just like us, we do what we want when we want, have been there so often that we don't care if we do a ride or not, freedom at Disney World!!!

Again, that being said!!! My nephew, age 12 we took to Colorado with us this summer, a little old to take out of school, so we had a "guys" vacation in the mountians. The clincher was that my 20 year old went along, so 1 1/2 weeks with his "big" cousin was something.

Now for the Princess, age 8, never had a girl, had 2 boys. I have gone girl crazy, My Disney Girl Princess Tea, the SS spa, all the princess meals, we did CRT when her family came with us last year, so we're doing 1900 Park Fair for the Cinderella meal, DH loves that buffet, also the Albatross Treasure Cruise, and staying at BCV with the neat pool. I'm SURE everyone and their brother is so sick of me talking about it on these boards, but I'm just SO excited to do all these neat "girl" things with her. One week from today we leave and I'm just "jiggling" inside!!! Thanks for the good wishes!!!

OK, I'm old..... what the heck is an "indie rock" type thing?

Its post-punk/grunge music. Indie refers to an independent label that these bands are usually on. It can mean a wide spectrum of music, from hardcore to emo. I personally love Indie rock bands such as Death Cab for Cutie, Nada Surf, Bright Eyes, and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
