Do both of us need DDE?

We're considering DDE for our trip in September. From the info on the AP benefits page, it sounds like the two of us can both get the discount if only one of us has DDE:

"20% off of food and beverages at over 70 Disney Resort hotel and Theme Park RESTAURANTS. (Discount is good for up to 10 guests.)"

Is that correct? We generally eat together, so there shouldn't be any need for both of us to have it.

Also, we have our AP voucher, but won't pick up the APs until we arrive. Can we enroll in DDE with just the vouchers?

Only one of you need the card....

Call for the card with your AP voucher....If you call after I think the 9th of
the month....you will get an extra month...
ie...order 8-10....it will expire the end of Sept...

If you want to wait till last minute to get every last bit of it....

Call before you leave (day before) and they will have DDE card at the guest
services desk at Epcot.
