Do banked points maintain their home resort?

We just purchased points at AKL (our initial contract is with BCV) so I am trying to learn how two home resorts work. I know transferred points maintain their home resort, but do banked points? Meaning I have banked points from BCV can I used those banked BCV points 11 months out to make a reservation at AKL?

Banking points only changes the applicable use year. It does not change their home resort. Banked BCV points could only be used to make a reservation at AKV at 7-months, since AKV is not the home resort for those points.
