NoThis question probably shows my age, but my husband and I were wondering if any of the Disney ships still had an internet cafe, as in the past?
Wow ! One ship, multiple ships ? How many nights each cruise ?Thanks, everyone. I figured that was of a bygone era, but had to ask! We will be sailing for a month (three back-to-backs) and I need to figure out how to pay my bills, etc. when I'm without a computer. Looks like I'll be packing one and doing a little upkeep during at least one of the trips!
Why do you have to pack a computer? Just use your smartphone. Thanks, everyone. I figured that was of a bygone era, but had to ask! Not everyone is comfortable using that… some like to use laptops. Why do you have to pack a computer? Just use your smartphone.
You can schedule payments before you leave. That’s how we do it. Or, set up auto payments on some of your accounts. Or, pay by phone when you’re in port, that’s easier. Thanks, everyone. Good point! I forgot that OP was doing financial stuff. Hotspotting from a phone is a better choice. That might even work onboard the ship while in port.Be careful doing any financial transactions on an open WiFi network. I would worry more about the free WiFi in ports than on the ship. You could check into creating a personal hotspot using the data plan on your phone for a more secure connection.
