do all resturants have light up straws?

I saw where someone got a pirate and tinkerbell clip that lights up on there straws. sooooo cute! do all resturants give these or a select few?

Does this count as a drink on the DDP or does it cost extra?

They do not count towards the DDP and you have to OOP the cost of them.
