DMR fantasyland pin

I've been trying to get one but it keeps timing out or the page says not found administrators notified. Anyone get one.

Keep trying! I got the same thing for about 20 minutes and I never got a confirmation screen, but it did finally deduct the points from my account and is showing under points ordered as "submitted".

I got the same thing! it never showed a confirmation screen but the points were deducted. It took about 20 minutes.

Same here. I banged away at it for 30 min. with various error messages popping up and then suddenly the points were gone from my acct. and the item is listed under "redeemed" in my acct. Hopefully that's true...

I finally got one...it took me over 30 minutes. I also never got a confirmation page, however, the points were deducted and it is showing in my history as being redeemed for the pin...what a nightmare! Just keep trying!

I keep clicking and I started right at 1 and it gets me to the review page and then it gives me an error. It hasn't deducted my points either.

Ditto for me too. Kept refreshing, and finally saw the points deducted. Why does a company as big as Disney have such crap websites? I mean seriously??

We are still busy processing the order you just placed, and cannot accept any more orders this minute.

That's what I just got on the redemption page. Don't even get me started on trying to log in.

I opened a new browser and started back at rewards, clicked on redeem pin and on the next page the points were deducted with that message.

I think I got one. It crashed on submit order, my points were deducted and it's showing in my orders so I hope it comes. My dd really wanted this pin .

Well, I never got the confirmation page, but did get the points deducted from my account. So, hopefully I got one.

Me too. I went to a different computer now i can't even log in.

I got as far as a checkout page, then it said my "connection was reset" so I'm still trying.

Took me 55 minutes but I finally got one......I think.

Got to the "Review Your Order" page several times. Clicked continue only to see "Temporary fault. Our administrators have been notified. Please try again later" or the connection was reset page. Finally I clicked redeem and it told me I had already redeemed my maximum number for this item and my points were gone.

I lucked out. I didn't get on until about 12:40. I tried for less than 10 minutes before it worked. I had two windows open on my computer and my DH was using the computer at home. I'm not sure which one finally went through, but I'm glad it did! It never showed that it went through, but my points were deducted and it showed up on the My DMR page.


ETA: I was also texting a friend who is at WDW today to see if there were any pins there that she could pick up for me. She said that they didn't have any special ones in the parks. It surprised me.

I'm on that page that says "still processing the order you just place, and cannot accept any more order this minute". It's been like that for about 20 minutes. I'm afraid to touch anything because it hasn't deducted anything from my point and when I logged in from a different browser, it still showed the same amount of points and nothing in my redeemed. So I'll just leave it like this until I have to go catch my train.

I read that there was a special one available only at the Coronado Springs convention center today. http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/bl...nado-springs-convention-center-on-dec-6-2012/

It is different from the DMR one and it looks like there are several, but 1 in particular which says "Opening Day - I was there."

If you are not sure if your order went through on the DMR site, click on "My DMR" and it will show a list of your orders.

I forgot about the pin release time and didn't get a chance to place my order until about 2:30, but it went through!

I have been trying all day to get a pin. How are you guys even finding the pin on the webpage? I clicked on the link through my email, but it does not bring me to a link to purchase the pin. i did a search for the pin on the DMR website, and it is not showing up. Can anyone send me the link???

I tried over an hr!!! I tried this am at 7:30 but I didn't see the 10 pst so that was 1:00! Ahh! I never got a confirm page but points deducted and its in my orders tried to get a second one for a friend bug no luck
