Finally got one!! . Points were deducted never saw the confirmation page!

I had to search in the reward section and choice the points 400-700 range I think.

I just got an email confirmation of my order about 20 minutes ago. So if you didn't get all the way through, check your email.

I am so mad. I have been trying to get this pin all day. Kept refreshing the page, but the product did not even show up on their page. Now that it has been "redeemed out", I can clearly see the link for it on the webpage. ***?
Not feeling the magic.
Same thing happened with BOG ressies, and "random" FastPass+ that so many ppl seemed to have received for next week.
Sorry I'm so grumpy.
I need to just give up on this hopeful thinking.

I had the same experience that most others did - continually re-loading the page. Then I noticed that the points were gone and went into my DMR and it showed that I had redeemed for the pin. I got a confirmation e-mail so I guess I am getting one. My daughter, the family pin collector, will be quite excited!

I never did get mine, kept getting errors, and it didn't come out of my account. Don't see it anymore of course.
