When the cards were out around Christmas we ordered a bunch. Each one we had to pay shipping on.
They also come one per mailing. And they all arrived on different days.

How can they be out of stock of a gift card? Shouldn't they have essentially unlimited plastic gift cards?

I'm glad I always seem to catch these when they become available for 2-3 days at a time every 20 months or so.

Well since it's a rewards program they probably only stock a certain amount so they don't lose $$
