DME question

We are flying into either Tampa or Orlando to visit family for a few days, and renting a car. If we drop off that car at the Orlando airport the morning that our Resort stay is scheduled to start, can we still use ME?

So for example, we drop off car at the airport on 10/26, and our resort reservations are from 10/26-11/1. Is that okay even though we didn't just land at the airport?

Shouldn't be a problem. I think it is common for people to arrive at MCO late the night before their Disney reservation, stay the night at the airport, and then catch ME the next morning. When you are booking ME just pick a flight that is due to arrive the morning you will need the ride to your resort.
