My reservation email shows that I am using DME, and it also includes both my arrival and departure info. Will I still have to contact DME at least 24 hours beforehand for the trip to MCO, or am I already covered since they have my flight information?

If you have tags, boarding tickets, and the flight information is correct, you are GOOD!!!

I agree with the PP. If I recall correctly, they will slip something under your door the day before your departure to remind you what time the bus will pick you up.

As the others have said, you do not have to contact Magical Express 24 hours before your return trip. I was booking Magical Express just today, for our family trip in February. I asked the CM the same question you are asking.

She said you should have received your return trip bus vouchers in the mail, with your ME package. These are all you need to board the bus. She also said the resort will hang a reminder of your departure time on your room door, the day before you check out.

Have a good trip.

You need to show the documents with the bar codes to the DME person, who will scan it, and direct you to the proper bus line. Keep it out since it will probably be scanned again as you get on the DME bus at the airport.

You must have written confirmation of your DME trip home by morning before checkout day. If you don't get that at your room or if it is wrong, go to the front desk to get it fixed before heading off to rope drop or whatever.

YOu may be running late for a breakfast ADR in which case do your ADR but come back to your resort before noon to fix that kind of error.

Note that a bus time less than about 3 hours before your flight home is a goof, not a stroke of good luck giving you extra time in the parks. That needs fixing too.

I made a last minute reservation directly through Disney's website (about 6 days ago) and leave tomorrow morning for Disney. I signed up for ME, and gave flight info. Today was the last day for luggage tags and vouchers for the bus to arrive in the mail and no-go. I've read in other threads that I should still be fine for a luggage transfer to my hotel provided I give them my luggage claim ticket (BTW, it's been awhile since I've flown, is this automatically included with my boarding pass or do I need to ask for one? using American Airlines) I'm more worried about the fact I have no ME voucher. Will they still have a record of this when I check in at the Welcome Center? I printed out a copy of my reservation e-mail stating that I signed up for ME under ground transportation. Will that be enough or is there something else I should be doing? Thanks.
