When I call Disney with my flight info for DME does it then load on the magic bands they will send me? Or will I have to call Disney with each individual Magic Band #? I am soooo confused. So much has changed in 2 years.

It will load on to all of the Magic Bands.

Nothing goes on your MBs. It's all on your MDE account. Your MB acts as a 'liaison' between you and the MDE....so ro speak. All of your flight info, for DME, will be in your reservation information. So, when you get to MCO, you head to the DME checkin spot, tap your MB and it shows you're entitled to ride the bus. You then tap again as exit the bus line, heading to the bus.
Flight info for each person on the reservation will be listed in the resort reservation info. You need do anything further.
