DME- family all different flights?

We have a reservation with 3 guests on it. We are all arriving on different flights. How do we coordinate our DME? Do we each just call disney and give them our personal information for our flights? I presume the tags will be mailed to 1 house- (the main reservation home).

My guess... assuming it's a single reservation (one number), the "lead" person should call DME and give them all the flight information. The tags will be mailed to one home.

We joined a friend at Disney last year. She had made the original reservation. After she added us to the reservation, she called DME and they sent additional tags for us--to her, because it was her name and address on the reservation. She then would have had to send the tags on to us, but we weren't sending our luggage through DME (late arriving flight) so I told her not to. We just checked in at the DME desk at the airport, they verified we were on a Disney reservation, and printed vouchers out for us (this was before MBs), and we boarded the bus without issue.

I believe that the on-line DME registration form provides for more than one flight itinerary for different adults in the "Step 2" part. I've had to do this before and I'm pretty sure I did it on-line. Try this link: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/airport-transportation-reservation/
