The Mears Shuttle costs about $18. one way and operates in a manner similar to Magical Express. They have counters on both sides of the airport, I think on Level 1, one counter is close to the DME counter.
Since Mears also operates the DME buses, occasionally a Mears shuttle guest bound for a Disney resort and boarding on the airport B side will be put on a DME bus.
I would have her take the Mears shuttle bus to the CR. She can not book it in advance but can go to the Mears counter at MCO, and pay for her ride then. She may very well be put on the DME bus that is headed to the CR, rather than a regular Mears bus or van.
I did that once when I had to go home for work in the middle of a trip.
For departure, I booked Mears from the Dolphin back to MCO, but for the return, I went all the way down to DME and purchased a Mears ticket at the desk that was next to DME. I was placed on a DME bus to All-Stars. I did not have to show any proof that I was a Disney resort guest. By the way the cost is $20 for a one-way Mears ticket to the WDW area from MCO.
The only issue she might have is luggage. Will she have luggage and will she be able to carry it herself as she walks from Contemporary to Magic Kingdom and will it be small enough to put in a locker at Magic Kingdom?
where are you staying at WDW? ARE you over the guests limit?
If at a DVC resort and just the 2 of you in the room just add her to the ressie unless your on the DP. Then call and add to DME.
If at a WDW resort if only the 2 of you you can add her there to. Then use DME
BUt it depends on the WDW resort (extra adult ,one night could be I think $10, value,$15 MOD and $20 Deluxe
