Telling you lot this cos DH doesn't want me going on about it to him (too busy working). So hope you don't mind me sounding off.
Last evening when l was on this board my DD(9) was also in DLP mode and looked out our precious photos of our last trip to DLP in Oct. 2001 which we have in a DLP album.
She and her DB(2) were watching a DVD in our tv room, next door to where the computer is. Aforementioned DD gives her DB the album to look at without telling me, then leaves him to play with it himself! DB then proceeds to pull several pages out of the photo album, before we prize it off him. Have been able to repair (kind of) the DLP album.
Fortunately none of the actual photos got torn/damaged. As you can imagine l was a bit
but managed to stay calm - it was partly my fault after all - l should have been keeping a closer eye on them, that'll teach me! (They're safely asleep in bed now, while l'm typing this).
This morning DD wakes us up at 4:30am (yes 4:30) to tell us that she has prepared breakfast - toast, croissants, cereal - the lot - for us and it's ready downstairs. She says she couldn't sleep (new school term, looking forward to seeing her friends). Oh the joys of parenthood.
