DLH - Difference between Deluxe and Premium Pool Views?

What is the difference between these two categories besides price? With the new discount for my stay both are do-able...though giving up the sweeping view of DCA at PPH is going to be tough.

The only difference is how high up you are. The higher floors are considered premium.

Edited to add : some of the lower pool view rooms may have a partially obstructed view (trees, overhangs, etc) but I've never gotten one that wasn't nice.
