DL Electric Parade in March 2007?

Does anyone know if the DL Electric Parade will happen during mid March 2007?
Just wondering if it occurs during the week, and/or Fri,Sat,Sun. evenings.

My understanding is that it is a summertime parade, though it did make an unexpectedly early appearance this spring. Cross your fingers!
