Where can I get a new annual pass? Had a Premier Pass but let is lapse.

If you just want a DLR annual pass, you can buy online and activate it at the parks. If you want to buy another Premier pass (for WDW and DLR) you'll need to buy that in person.

We did just that this past weekend ... At the regular ticket booths located just past the security checkpoint.
