I got engaged there . . . so it holds special memories for me. Sadly, they didn't give two hoots about us getting engaged. We didn't even get a congratulations from a single CM there (but the CM on the tram that night had the whole tram sing "here comes the bride" to us

).
We went thru friends of ours - we have done Sunday brunch there a few times. Fine china, crystal, 34 pieces of silver at the placesetting (not really, but it was the full deal), linens, etc etc etc. They share a kitchen with Blue Bayou, but they certainly don't share the menu. Another friend of ours used to be a waitress there (and to this day, she can't make Caesar Salad Dressing in more than single serving amounts, and she has to stand up to to it LOL).
The "lift" is beautiful - etched glass & shiny brass fixtures. The burgundy velveteen staircase is just lovely. Our first time there was before the era of individual-size water bottles, so our water was served by what we called The Water Trio - one CM with silver bucket of ice with silver tongs, the next CM poured the cold water, the last CM plunked the slice of lemon in the glass. They followed each other around the entire restaurant the whole time we were there. It was just fun to watch. For Disneyana, there's no better place in the park. The artwork is fabulous, the harpsichord is so cool (I love them anyway), and just the ambience is terrific.
What was also really nice, our friend was pregnant when we went, and our server offered us the opportunity to sit on their balcony for Fantasmic later that night. VERY cool.
I'd go again in a heartbeat. The brunch was superb. Never had better - and that was nearly 15 years ago.
Sorry, gentemen, this may be TMI, but the ladies will understand!!
Editing to add - I hope they haven't changed the ladies room!! They were huge chairs. Like a real chair. Lift up the padded seat and there "it" was. And each stall had it's own dispenser machine in it! This was sheer genious!!
