DL area schools begin when?

Can anyone tell me when Disneyland area schools resume in the fall? We might have a chance to do a few days in Disneyland in late August. Just wondered if school would be in session or not?

The schools in Mission Viejo (20 minutes south of DL), where my sis-in-law teacher, start back the day after Labor Day.

Okay, thanks. Sounds like you guys start later than we do at home. So it should still be pretty crowded with the local summer crowd. That's what we were wondering.

spring break can go any where from presidents day to the first week in May.
Just depends on the school district..

Although we're not "local" it's only a short trip for most of in AZ. I know our district goes back Aug 6th and most of the others go back the following week I believe.

As for Spring break - ours is the second week of March.
