Divas, Zebra Domes, and Pixie Dust! A Week in an African Paradise! New TR Link Pg.145

Ummmm, Ummmmm, just so you know, I stand armed and ready!!! I also know that my Brother, Shocker also can dig up some extra ammunition from the wagon if needed!!! Please let Connor know there is a voice out here in cyber space that is willing to stick up for him!!!!! pirate:

You will have a field day with the picture, I am sure, especially when you hear what led up to it.

Connor appreciates that someone has his back. :lmao:

Yes, it was a wonderful 4th. I actually had two days blissfully and completely off, and managed to get out of work early on day 3. Plus I got to see the nieces, and nothing is better than having one of them snuggling up against me while watching fireworks.

Ahhh, there is nothing better! :goodvibes

I love all the pictures of the animals....so close!!!! I don't blame you one bit for bypassing that python.....EEK!!!! How AWESOME that you ran into Anita!!!! SO MUCH FUN!!!! Can't wait to see where you are heading...I'm thinking....the safari!!!!

Sounds like a great day at AK! I love the way Connor talks to CMs. My Omicron does that too. And then acts so shy during your dismeet! I love it!

I love your pictures. I even like the ones of the bats, but I don't know if I would like to see them in person. Your kids are really cute.

I was a bit worried that the new teammates wouldn't want me to bring her, but they were fine about it. The only thing is she has to be in a common area of our room so that all the kids get to see her...
She's kind of cute, all furry, lots of eyes......:lmao:

This is the type Wigd has.......Rosie!

Hi Jackie! Dropping in again to tell you how much I am enjoying your trippie! Did I mention before, how much I love the VB Bag you have on in your signie pic? Say, do you remember the name of that pattern? Have been looking for a brown pattern in a hipster and I am not having luck on ebags. Can't wait to hear more! :goodvibes

Your photos of the Tigers were SO great! They were big lazy beasts this time for us, b/c of the heat. But we saw other animals on the safari ride.... The Bat house is always fun! And I liked having the info on the Tusker House Breakfast, this is one we have yet to do!! I enjoyed all your posts this week, AND your Zebra Dome thief! Glad to know Charles was able to get a ride with the Yeti...... :thumbsup2

Thank you! The bats were neat to watch! I thought I would be creeped out by them, but I just fell in love with them.

Thank you! It is the Caffe Latte pattern by Vera Bradley in the hipster style. I knew I wanted it for an Animal Kingdom Lodge stay. ;)

ha- thats the exact same one I "saw" outside my house :scared1:
:rotfl:

Thank goodness it was only a leaf! Can you imagine running into that for real!

Fish would be good -- very low maintenance for the most part, I think.

The update will be here soon. :goodvibes

Woo hoo!! Finally all caught up!! Love your bat and tiger pics!! Animal Kingdom is so much fun as there is SO much to see no matter where in the park you are!
I feel for your hubby since I am diabetic also. High blood sugar you normally don't feel. Low blood sugar whips your behind! Ick!!

Hope he got to feeling better quickly!!

 I am ready to update -- tomorrow morning bright and early! :goodvibes Well, tomorrow morning -- I don't know how early. LOL!

I think me and MeMom can attest it wasn't "Bright and Early"!! :rolleyes1 However, I am sure she is like me and just patiently waiting for the night owls to get up LATER this morning and START their day!! :rotfl2:

Here with my coffee waiting for an update! I am back to work today from our Maine vacation. I work from home so I count my DIS time as like when you work in a real office and spend time chit chatting with the people at the next desk. Have to justify it somehow! So come on, give me an update! My coffee break is almost done! ;)
