Angie and I are all set to go to the PNW MouseMeet in June.
Is anyone else still going to this event?? I haven't seen much posting about it but I'm hoping to see a good group of Divas there We should wear matching t-shirts

I hope so too! That would be fun. Hopefully you'll have a decent size group going.

I am entering on of my tattoos in a competition at the Tattoo Convention.

Those are words that will never come out of my mouth. I want a tattoo, but, well, I'd like one minus the pain, please.

I am off to work today. Shane got laid off again He is off till at least Wed of next week possibly longer. Kind of sucks cuz it really puts a damper on enjoying the weekend and next week when you have to worry about money again. But such is life I guess and we are used to it. Anyway I will just be glad when today is over and I can get on to the weekend and to the girls

I just noticed your new tickers in your signature Beth. I had been watching your San Diego ticker move toward DDay so all your planned trips were a big change.
How exciting to plan for those!

Thanks. We are looking forward to San Diego very much because I just love it there, and it's been about 8 years since we've been.
And I love Halloween time at DL. (okay, I actually love anything Halloween related) Since my birthday is Oct. 24, I just had to combine the two fun events and plan a quick trip for then.
Of course there's the Diva trip.

And then..........almost 700 days from now will be our family trip to WDW. How's THAT for advance planning?!? We are planning it for Feb. of 2013 which seems like forever from now, but with a family of 6 and one income it will take that long to save enough for hotel, airfare, food, park tickets, etc.
But I really want to go back to see the new Fantasyland which is due to open in late 2012 as of now anyway, so I'm excited about that.

Beth, I hope the gasoline fairy comes to CA and slashes gas prices for you. I can't find anything under $4 anymore, and I actually saw a station (I think Chevron) on my way to work this morning charging $4.21 for the "cheap" gas

This has been a long week but I am very excited for the weekend. Tonight Noelle has a friend coming over to spend the night. They are having a Scream movie marathon, and then tomorrow I'll be taking them to see Scream 4. Can't wait!
(Funny side note: Noelle's friend who's coming over and her mom took Noelle to see "Hop", while I'm taking them to a horror flick. Yep, I'm THAT mom. lol Don't worry, I cleared it with the other mom first........it just struck me as funny.)

Sunday my in-laws arrive and are going to stay here with the kids while Ruben and I go out. Alone. Overnight.

Next week the kids are off for Spring Break. Then next weekend is Easter, of course. (Finally! Seems to have taken forever this year!)

I knew I liked you for a reason!! I LOVE horror flicks!! My son does to but my husband does not do them well - he is always jumping and screaming in the movie!! And he is this big 6'6" guy - makes me laugh every time!

Good morning ladies,

I'm glad it's Friday! I have been stressed out at work this week. Yesterday I worked almost 2 hrs OT and was just drained. I wanted to get out of the office but couldn't. I just had too much work.


My stomach was growling but I had 5 minutes to rush home and change my clothes, jump back into the car and rush off to my hip hop class. I wanted to go because it helps to relieve stress. My teacher told me that I have improved a lot and she said I've gotten better. Her son was there visiting and she said: "Can you believe she never danced before and she's taken 2 sessions with me and she's doing great!" That was cool to hear Sometimes I feel like I'm not doing steps right and I still have confidence issues when it comes to body rolls. I just get half self-conscious and half is my body just doesn't want to do it.

The other day I went to Disney Store and used a 15% off my total purchase coupon. I shook 2 boxes of vinylmations and thought they both felt heavy. I chanced it and bought it and opened one and was ecstatic! It was Buzz!! Then I opened the 2nd one and was like: "OMG! Another Buzz!!" Now I have 3 Buzz Lightyear's total. I'm planning to do a trade with a CM over the weekend. I'm not sure which vinylmations he has but he says he has some CM exclusive ones. I just wanted to check them out. I have some other vinylmations I want to trade. Oh and a big thanks to Jessica for explanining vinylmation stuff to me on FB.

Boo for stressful weeks.... Yay for good dance class That's awesome with the Buzz vinylmations. Hopefully the CM will have some cool CM exclusives to trade. I don't have any of the TS vinylmations. I can't wait to shake some boxes of my own

Well poo.........Mike just called & told me the boss is taking off the week we were planning on going to DL in Dec.......so now we're not sure when we're going........most of Dec doesn't look good.....waiting to hear if we can go the week following our original dates (Dec 5-10)....won't hear until next week. If that doesn't work, we might be able to go in October (but not the weekend a number of you are going) heavy sigh. Would love to go at Halloween time, but Christmas is definitely more enticing for me......so disappointed right now!

Cute pic!! I love Halloween and dressing up. You two look great. And I can see how that costume would actually be considered conservative by Vegas standards. Next time, just shorten the skirt, skip the top and add pasties instead. You'll fit right in.

I'm surprised they are docking in Mazatlan--Disney stopped docking there because of violence so if you get off there stay on well-known streets or take a tour or something!

I noticed that through August the ship isn't stopping in Mazatlan (replaced by another day in Cabo) but in September it changes back to a stop in Mazatlan. I guess we'll see as it gets closer.

The last time I did this cruise we didn't get to go to Mazatlan becasue the captain backed the ship in to the pier in Puerta Vallarta and broke a big hole in the back of the ship and we had to stay in Puerta Vallarta 2 days until they fixed it and the ship was deemed sea worth.

So that's the secret to getting you to run a marathon. Have you drink tons of water beforehand, and have Juan and a porta-potty waiting at the finish!

My husband is not a horror movie fan either. And he gets really annoyed with me because I will not watch them during the day. Anytime we rent a scary movie, I always wait until night time, when the kids are in bed to watch it. Gotta have it quiet and dark in the room.

How on earth did he do that?? I thought the ships these days would be.... I don't know, more advanced with all sorts of gadgets that would prevent something like backing into a pier from happening. I'd hate to have been standing on that pier.
